An *AV-Rated law firm
Our firm is comprised of three very experienced and dedicated attorneys — Robert Courtney, David Molter and Lori Schultz. Mr. Courtney and Mr. Molter have each been practicing law in the state of Wisconsin for more than 25 years, and Ms. Schultz for nearly 20. Together, their demonstrated abilities, criminal and civil litigation skills, knowledge and high ethical standards have earned this firm an AV rating.
What is an AV rating and how exactly do you “earn” one? Simply put, an AV rating is the highest rating a lawyer or law firm can receive. It can only be earned through a confidential, peer-review rating process that considers both legal ability and ethical standards. In other words, it’s what other attorneys and judges think about us.
Here for You in Your Time of Need
Experience, ability and virtually every other professional asset that an attorney can bring to the table matter very little to clients who can’t promptly reach the attorney or get their phone calls returned, or who are left feeling “in the dark” the vast majority of the time.
At Courtney & Molter, we haven’t forgotten that the practice of law is about helping people understand the legal process, their rights, and their options. We take the time to do that. As a result, clients feel more at ease throughout the process and are better able to make good legal decisions as well.
